8 - 10 month Menu Plan
Your baby should now be enjoying ‘3 meals’ a day with breastmilk or formula after feeds. Now it gets a bit more exciting and a wider variety of baby foods can now be introduced. Be a little adventurous in terms of combinations of baby food but always refer to our ‘Safe Baby Food Chart’ to make sure you are feeding age appropriate baby foods. Additionally it is important to now introduce iron rich baby foods such as chicken, red meat, fish, pulses and leafy greens.
