This plan assumes the initial baby food introduction to solids has been completed and your baby is ready to try more baby food combinations and increase the volume of food. From around 7 months old, your baby should be offered Breast Milk or Formula Milk AFTER MEALS. Don’t forget to use the 4 Day Wait Rule when introducing new foods to your baby.
