INGREDIENTS
16 green beans
1 zucchini
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 175 deg C.

2. Rinse beans and remove tops and tails. Chop into small bite sized pieces.

3. Rinse zucchini and chop the top and bottom parts off. Chop into small bite sized pieces.

4. Put chopped beans and zucchini into a bowl and add in the breadcrumbs. Mix together.

5. Use some baking paper on the bottom of a baking tray and add in the crumbed beans and zucchini.

6. Sprinkle cheese over crumbed beans and zucchini.

7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and the crumbs have gone nice and crispy.
