INGREDIENTS
100 grams of skinless chicken fillet
1/2 red capsicum
1/4 chopped avocado

METHOD
1. Set up steamer on stove top.

2. Place chicken fillet and red capsicum into steamer and put the lid back on the pot.

3. Steam chicken and red capsicum for 8 – 10 minutes. You can check to see if the chicken is cooked by slicing open the chicken. If it is still pink inside then keep steaming for a few more minutes and check again.

4. When the chicken is cooked, put into a bowl with the capsicum and 2 tablespoons of the boiled stock from the steamer pot.

5. Add in the 1/4 Avocado to the bowl.

6. Puree chicken, capsicum and avocado using a stick blender. Stop blending when it is smooth.
