Quick Cheesy Pasta Sauce

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup of cream cheese
¼ cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of milk
A small pinch of nutmeg (optional)

METHOD
1. Put the milk, cream cheese and grated Parmesan into a small saucepan over low heat, and stir continuously until everything melts and combines.

2. Stir in the nutmeg if using.
