INGREDIENTS
½ cup of cooked quinoa
½ a small, ripe pear, peeled, cored and grated
1 teaspoon of natural yogurt
1 pinch of ground cinnamon

METHOD
1. For the cooked quinoa, put a ½ cup of uncooked quinoa into a sieve and rinse it under running water, then put it into a small saucepan with 1 cup of water.

2. Bring to the boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low and cook gently for 15 minutes, until the quinoa is soft and the water has been absorbed.

3. Put ½ cup of the cooked quinoa into a small bowl, stir in the grated pear, the yogurt and the cinnamon – and serve.
