INGREDIENTS
100 grams (3½ ounces) of white fish fillet
2 cups of water
½ cup of rice
1 cup of finely chopped vegetables (carrot, broccoli)

METHOD
1. With clean fingers, check the fish fillet very carefully for remaining bones – using tweezers to remove any.

2. Using a small pot add in the water and rice and bring to the boil. Then simmer on a medium to low heat for 10 minutes.

3. Then add in the fish and chopped vegetables and simmer for another 6-8 minutes until cooked through.

4. Mash well, or use a stick blender and any liquid needed to make a smoother texture.
